Outdoor Wednesday – Perennial Beauty

Here is a view of the fence between my side yard and the neighbors as it was last spring.

The ice storm in December ’08 brought down a big branch that knocked out the panel of the fence right behind the two chairs. I am waiting for my brother and nephew to come to fix it for me.
Meanwhile, I am watching the sprouts of the perennials as they come up and bring their vernal beauty to the outdoors.

Sorry to hear that part of your fence fell down. Ice storms are not fun for sure. Soon your backyard will be all in bloom and the fence will be fixed and all will be fine again. Happy Outdoor Wednesday!

Lovely backyard photos! We too have to deal with the wrath of ice storms in the midwest!

Blessings to you from Kansas,

I could see myself, sitting on an old blanket, enjoying the sunshine as I catch up on my reading. Oh! Let's not forget the sweet lemonade :0)
Enjoy your day!
