Hostess Thank You Surprise

This afternoon, a florist truck delivered a pleasant surprise for me -- a lovely bouquet and darling teddy bear.


The card said, “Thanks for being such a great hostess. We had lots of fun.” It was sent by my sister and brother-in-law who visited last weekend from Florida.

The floral arrangement is a mixture of various flowers from roses to sunflowers, plus greenery and berries as well.



This made a bright almost-spring day even more luminous.

    I love it when people are considerate. Some gestures seem to go out of fashion, but I still do thank you notes and hostess gifts. Beautiful.
